What problems is Corefactors solving and how is that benefiting you? Corefactors has helped us reduce the turnaround time of sales by streamlining the entire lead journey. Its automation and follow-up mechanisms ensure no lead is missed, saving time and improving conversions. The database management features make it easier to organize, track, and analyze customer information. Having WhatsApp send-and-receive integrated directly into the CRM enables faster customer communication. Additionally, call tracking for both incoming and outgoing calls helps monitor team performance and improve accountability. We have been using the missed call service, and it has been extremely helpful in resolving our attendance capture issue. We were experiencing issues with capturing attendance when the marketing team conducted meetings for product awareness and similar activities. Core Factors provided a solution that allows us to record attendance using mobile numbers by enabling a missed call feature. They also integrated this service with our CRM to help create meeting plans. We are extremely happy with the results, as this solution has worked well and fully addressed our needs. The ability to easily retrieve call logs through the Teleduce app is incredibly convenient, and being able to call customers directly from the app on the system is a huge time-saver. Corefactors has never caused me any problems, which speaks volumes about its reliability.
