coReel helps sales reps win high-value deals by sending personalized video in the channel that will actually get noticed. Reps record a short video and choose how it’s delivered: email, SMS or LinkedIn, or physical mail. Mail options are a printed card with a still from the video and a QR code that opens the recipient’s personal watch page, or an LCD video card that plays the rep’s video when the prospect opens it. A real handwritten note can be added to either. Every video opens on a branded watch page where the prospect can watch, reply and take the next step. Reps see who watched, how much they watched, who scanned a card and who replied, so follow-up goes to engaged buyers at the right moment. A QR scan means someone physically picked up the card, which makes it a much stronger buying signal than an email open. coReel integrates with Salesforce, HubSpot, Keap, GoHighLevel and Zoho. A Chrome extension lets reps record and send from their inbox, CRM or LinkedIn. coReel is built for teams with long sales cycles and large deal values, where one well-timed personal touch can move a deal forward. Common uses are post-demo follow-up, proposals, stalled deals, referrals, closing gifts and customer anniversaries. As more outreach gets automated, coReel keeps the human part human: real people on camera, real ink on the card, and technology handling everything in between.
