"A Game-Changer for Streamlining Recruitment"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I use CoRecruit to streamline my recruiting workflow, and it has been a game changer! It saves a ton of time for my team and provides detailed information. The follow-up material notes and the AI tool that allows my team to ask questions about a conversation are standout features. Once a call ends, CoRecruit creates the follow-up materials for me based on the custom template I created, which is a huge time saver. Additionally, it parses all this information into my CRM accurately, so I don't have to worry about misinformation. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Selecting when it should join an interview or not. As of now, the function is on or off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Enhances Interviews with Smart Note-Taking"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I appreciate how CoRecruit allows us to focus more on conversations during interviews without worrying about missing essential points. It helps with note-taking by handling spelling, grammar, and organizing interview notes into structured reports, which really professionalizes presenting candidate information. The system's ability to create different meeting types and provide reports based on specific prompts saves time on follow-up options like client emails and candidate profiles. Additionally, it integrates well with Bullhorn, enhancing our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The system can be a bit glitchy - occasionally the Google Extension will freeze and I can't hang up a call! Tailoring the various meeting types can be time-consuming and I still feel that I am not getting the best out of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Systematic Conversation Processing with Flexible Default Layouts and integration with EZEKIA"
4/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Systematic processing of conversations, such as candidate interviews, business development calls, and similar discussions. Especially the default layouts you can use and alter to your own specific situation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The way planned calls are presented isn’t very clear, and the interface feels a bit confusing overall. It would be much easier to use if calls weren’t shown strictly day by day, but instead displayed as all calls scheduled for the coming week, for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Navigate UI, Reliable Outlook & Bullhorn Integration, and Huge Time Savings"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

CoRecruit allows us to focus on our conversations with clients and candidates, while capturing the conversation so that we have great notes to refer to later. Automatically updating our database is a huge time-saver for the team. And the UI of CoRecruit is very easy to navigate, and the integration with Outlook and our ATS, Bullhorn, is strong and reliable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Sort of liked their original name (Quil) better than "CoRecruit" but we'll get used to it! :) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quil Streamlines Recruitment Workflow and Boosts Daily Productivity"
4/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I operate on a senior delivery basis in a small executive search boutique, with exacting clients in PE/VC/listed environments. Quil has basically eliminated the most tiresome elements of candidate interview and administrative work - note taking and automatically uploading these to our ATS in chosen template/format. It also updates salary info automatically. We also use the Chrome plugin for phone calls, which functions well. Implementation was relatively easy, with a verification call through our VoIP system through the ATS. Customer support has been easy to access and enthusiastic (despite the time zone difference). Most of us in the business use the service daily for client calls and candidate work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The downsides are being addressed, but for me have included the quality of the AI notetaker itself, in terms of summarising calls and cutting out key information, which compared with other services we had used was not as fleshed out. I also found the interface on their website quite basic for some time, but they have recently changed the layout, making it easier to search through calls, add video snippets to shortlists for clients, and use a new AI LLM to pull selected information from each call. I only expect these aspects to continue being developed in due course. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CoRecruit Saves Huge Time on Interviews, Notes, CRM Updates, and Candidate Presentations"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

CoRecruit saves an immense amount of time in terms of managing interviews, manual note taking during interviews, entering data into our CRM, and helping with candidate presentations to clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

If you have a call scheduled and make the call through the app, if the person cannot take the call but calls you immediately back, the note taking capabilities cannot be added. You would have to then call the person back through the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Call Note Automation with Room for UI Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I love that CoRecruit outputs notes from phone calls for me. It's great how it captures everything the person is saying so I don't have to write it all down. I also like that I can go back to the transcript and ask the AI specific questions about what was discussed and get the answer really quickly. The ease of integration with Loxo is another plus, and the initial setup was pretty easy with our salesperson guiding us through it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I have played around with the document branding features, but it does not look as clean as I would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Concept and Integrations, but Call Connectivity and Note Sync Need Work"
3/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I like the concept of CoRecruit and its features. It makes it easy to conduct calls and meetings without having to worry about taking notes. I also appreciate that it integrates with Outlook and Invenias, so there’s no need to enter additional notes in either system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

We’ve been using CoRecruit for several months and have experienced ongoing issues. Users frequently run into problems with calls not connecting, and at times the notes don’t transfer to our database as intended. This has been a significant drawback to the product. "AI Database Notes Makes Meeting Summaries Effortless"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The AI/Intelligence Database Notes feature has been extremely helpful for summarizing meetings, making it much easier to capture key discussion points and outcomes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

The only downside is that it can take some time to process meetings, so the summaries aren't available immediately. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
