"Intuitive Call Integration with Consistently Clear Transcripts"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I find the easy integration into both phone calls and video calls to be very helpful. Transcripts are very clear and perform at a very high level of consistency. It's super intuitive.

The AI components that are being added in to simplify overall workflows are continuing to add even more upside to the use.

As a whole I'm more able to focus on my candidates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I'm still getting used to the specifics of call types and the notes that those provide. Today I'm using custom GPTs to give me the notes outputs I want. I've found these to be far more customized and allow me to speak more naturally when presenting candidates to clients. I need to do more digging into the custom templates that CoRecruit provides, they may be better, but so far external AI has been simpler for my workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless On-the-Go Recruitment with Effortless Pre-Screening"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

It is a fantastic piece of software, It has made recruitment on the go unbelieveably seamless! Due to the nature of recruitment within Social Care, Pre-screening is a really important part of our candidate journey - It is also integral to candidate submission for our clients and the CoRecruit software has made that process incredibly easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I have a very small issue with case sensitivity when searching for a candidate to call: our CRM stores names in different formats, which can slow down the process of finding the correct entry and often requires trying multiple capitalizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Interviewing and Note-Taking Seamlessly"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I like CoRecruit's ability to take job orders and conduct interviews without having to write anything down. This makes it easier for me to concentrate on what the person is saying. I appreciate how it creates great narratives and documentation from the interviews. I find the automatic database updates perfect. Overall, I think CoRecruit is excellent. I also like the fact that it integrates very well with other tools I use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

It's a little kludgy sometimes on how it interfaces with my meetings. It takes some getting used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Stay Fully Present in Meetings with Effortless Note Review"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

It allows me to focus 100% on any meeting or call, I'm not taking notes and removed from the conversation.

It's great for concentration and then reviewing of notes after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

There isn't really anything to dislike. I've only had minor issue or two but the Corecruit team were able to solve it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup, Essential for Note-Taking and Call Management"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I use CoRecruit to join my Teams meetings, write notes, and record my calls. I like how I can find everything that was said on the call. For instance, if we agreed on a rate and I forget the amount or the type of visa or location, I can go back and get the answers to all those questions. It's also very easy to use and is user-friendly. I appreciate being able to get my pre-screening notes out of CoRecruit, and the ability to rewatch my video recordings to ensure accuracy and to receive feedback on my pre-screens for training purposes. "CoRecruit Saves Time With an All-in-One Workflow and Tremendous Support"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Having an all-in-one workflow management system where I can record interviews, manage deliverables using templates and agentic AI, and automatically update my ATS via direct integration with candidate notes has proven to be a huge time saver for me and my company. Also, having hands on support staff has been nice. Most companies sign you up and leave you hanging after you've signed the agreement. The CoRecruit team has been tremendous as I've worked through the learning curve and a few technical problems I've run into. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I've had a few sessions not being able to log in or flat not work due to "subprocessor errors" but they've been few and far between. Seems like they've gotten the kinks worked out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Accurate Conversation Summaries and Seamless Loxo CRM Mobile App Integration"
4/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I like how accurately it tracks what’s being said and then provides a clear summary of the conversations I have. I also appreciate that it has a mobile app tied to our CRM, Loxo, which makes everything feel very seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Sometimes it takes a while to process conversations. It’s also been buggy at times and, on a case-by-case basis, hasn’t worked as expected. When you use it daily, though, consistency and being able to trust that the product will work are really important. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Well-Organized Meeting Notes with Easy Template Sharing"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Being able to apply a template to meetings so the notes are well organized and ready to share with minimal editing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

We run into calls not connecting through through CoRecruit more than preferred. Often for no known reason. I'm curious if there would someday be a feature that allows calls into CoRecruit as well in case someone misses a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Desktop App for taking Accurate Notes"
4.5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

I like the desktop app. I can just hit “new meeting” and record, and it captures the call. It’s very simple to use. The notes are mostly accurate, though there was one time it summarized the conversation as if I were the candidate, which was confusing. On the other hand, it did a really good job transcribing a candidate who wasn’t very clear in their speech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

1- I’d like to be able to organize each candidate by project, so I can simply go back to that project if we get another role that’s the same. 2- It would also help to review everyone I’ve spoken with, so I can see whether I missed any good candidates. 3- When I set up a meeting for a candidate and the client manager here at our firm, it records that meeting. I turned off my bot so I don’t have that issue, but now if I forget to record a meeting, it becomes a problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"CoRecruit: Quick Setup, Natural Fit, and Immediate Benefits"
5/5
What do you like best about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

In recruitment, we're contacted daily by AI-driven software solutions promising to "transform" our billings — most of it is snake oil. CoRecruit is a genuine exception. It's quick to set up, easy to use, and you see the benefits almost immediately. Unlike so many platforms we've demo'd that require enormous time and effort to configure and force you to work around their methods, CoRecruit just fits naturally into how you already work. We use it every day and we love it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoRecruit (formerly Quil)?

Nothing significant to report after a year of use. It's refreshing to be able to say that honestly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
