Quil has been very easy to set up and integrates well with my existing systems. It works effectively and unobtrusively on my voice calls and video meetings. Most of my calls last 30 mnutes or so, but Quil accurately transcribes them in about 30 seconds. There are a load of features I've yet to fully explore, including bespoke scripts and output formats to suit specific call types and subject matter and I'm confident these will add value in time.
