  ### 1. Great for POs and Tracking, But Limited Beyond That

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Srinidhi S. | Project Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Its quite useful. We have been making POs and tracking and allocating man hours

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Its a bit closed ended when you want to do anything further from POs

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

PO creation and tracking of cost centers

  ### 2. Very slow and employees cannot complete work properly

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon D. | President, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2024

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

What is was told it could do. But, come to find out it cannot yet. The time keeping will not sync. The prime contract will not sync. Most employees will not use it due to the fact that it just spins. The plans will not load. We cannot switch to multiple plan pages. Can't scroll over on the same plan. This needs fixed asap. The program is almost not usable. We have to used onedrive to view plans because it's not practical on sage. It could be a great software. Right now I seriously regret switching from procore. If it did what I was told it would do and if it didn't spin the whole time it would be good.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Read above we cannot use it enough to tell. The jobs won't sync supposedly unless we start in sage cm. We did that ant it's still not syncing properly.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have went backwards from where we were with procore

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Allows detailed management of customers, leads, estimates, projects, purchase orders, subcontracts, etc., from anywhere you have an internet connection. It enables me to see real-time project financials with standard and custom dashboards and reports. I have used Corecon for 12 years now with two different companies.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

The custom reports will require training to create but are powerful when you learn how to make them.

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

The Corecon development team is constantly improving the software and implementing new features, allowing it to stay in pace with the changing construction market demands. I highly recommend this software.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 5. VP Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 30, 2021

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Corecon is user friendly and solves the problem of converting an estimate into trackable cost codes so project managers can properly control their jobs. I also like that it's one platform easily eliminating multiple software that was used in the past to accomplish the same tasks - creations of RFPs, POs, Subcontracts, etc.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

I have used this program for over 12 years and have yet to find a dislike. I attribute this to the interactive customer support that constantly listens to their customers needs and is committed to making their product better. Therefore, they are always adding new features.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corecon has allowed us to reduce the number of software needed to accomplish the same tasks. The benefits We have realized from using Corecon is the way it has streamlined our processes and made our workflows less complicated.

  ### 6. One of the best Estimating Software.

Corecon is one of the most user-friendly software for estimating and project management. It has easy tabs for putting up a proposal which i like the most. These tabs also include the Division Cost Codes, making it easy to detail my cost proposal.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Nothing to dislike so far. It covers all the basics for estimating.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving the biggest problem of making an estimate sheet which is very well organized as per the division cost codes so that the owner/client can see every trade value without any hesitation.

  ### 8. Powerful and intuitive, easy to implement and well-supported

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Corecon V8 has an impressive breadth of features that cover essentially every process or function we perform in managing our work and running the business. Combined with their Corecon Link utility and an accounting program, this software could truly be a firm’s “quiver killer” solution for construction PM. Corecon V8 integrates departments, processes, and data that would otherwise be separate and disconnected, thus reducing the potential for inaccuracies that is inherent with doing a lot of manual data entry or having work flows split between Office and the plethora of niche PM tools and apps available nowadays.

With its database pedigree, Corecon V8 excels at putting our data to work for us. The various import functions saved us a ton of time during initial setup, and the plethora of export and reporting options is really satisfying from a QC and project analysis point of view. The software’s built-in report/analysis templates and dashboards make visualizing data and examining trends efficient and painless.

Furthermore, this database framework minimizes re-entries and time-consuming data updates by enabling strong interoperability between the various modules and features. The paths our data will take through the different modules are well-designed and sensible; this is clearly a solution designed by contractors, for contractors.

On that subject, we have found that many programs that aim to be comprehensive PM solutions fall short in that they become so powerful and unwieldy that using them becomes a tedious chore. Despite its impressive range of features— and the depth of detail possible within those features— Corecon avoids this pitfall by making the underlying system logic very accessible to the average user. Their process diagrams and detailed support articles provide clear guidance on how to interact with the system to ensure cross-module functionality and accuracy.

For a given function or process, the corresponding Corecon support resource will almost always include a graphic or concise verbiage to tell the user, “OK, this is what this field represents, this is the allowable format for data, and these are the connections and logic rules that govern how this data is used elsewhere in the system.” As a junior PM professional, this also helps me understand how these processes and data sets relate out in the real world too.

As a result, the software feels very intuitive and enjoyable to interact with, and we have found it relatively easy to implement by following their detailed implementation plans. I am pleased with the level of quality and detail in each of their support articles/videos and I have had pleasant interactions with Corecon’s staff when I’ve had to ask for help.

Finally, the TeamLink Portal is a unique innovation I have not encountered before. It allows external stakeholders and team members to view and (if permissioned) interact with some project records. As the Project Coordinator, I foresee this feature saving me a lot of time by reducing the number of inbound check-ups and status requests that I must handle.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

I haven’t found anything I dislike about the software yet. We’ve had to adjust (and improve!) how some of our processes are done, but that is to be expected with implementing a solution of this scope.
One thing I would really enjoy would be tooltip help boxes with links to the main KB. Page and feature headers already have a help icon that links quickly to the relevant documentation though. But maybe a tooltip textbox with a brief snippet and then a ‘More…’ hyperlink might be nice, but that’s really just my personal preference.

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

I suggest that other firms involve an executive representative from each department or group within an organization that will interact with or be affected by Corecon's inputs or outputs. I feel that the likelihood of a successful implementation is much higher if all stakeholders are represented during the review and demo phase, rather than forcing that buy-in during implementation.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I’m sure the same is also true for our architect and superintendent, but I’m seeing a lot of payoff relating to my own responsibilities:

Change control – Corecon has helped us formalize and improve our change control process. Using the CO, SCO, and PO/WO functions, we’ve been able to establish a more explicit paper trail for change requests, thus enabling us to better manage the impact those changes have on project budget, schedule, and resource allocation.

Document and version control – Even with Office 365 and OneDrive, documents and revision versions are still prone to being mishandled or misfiled. Corecon’s structured environment enables us to tie records to their corresponding projects or leads, and its data interoperability capabilities means its easy to see how those records are changed or used as they move through their lifecycle.

Financial analytics and reporting – I am still digging into this feature, but even using some test data and the built-in templates, our internal stakeholders have been impressed by the amount of detail and clarity we can achieve in these reports and dashboards. That, in turn, helps us gain a more intuitive understanding of project cash flow and manage it more accurately.

Scheduling – Personally, I can count 4 or 5 different to-do and scheduling tools I use. Corecon is helping me tighten up my coordination responsibilities thanks to its built-in date, calendar, and alert functions. It also has built-in Gantt. Being able to tie dates and scheduling needs to individual records or processes is a serious boon.

  ### 9. Corecon Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Meghan L. | Estimator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2019

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Corecon is organized, integrates well with my Planswift software, and contains all the elements we need to quote and complete orders. I believe we use Quickbooks for accounting, but Corecon does generate invoices, POs, quotes, etc. which generally very little effort. I love the way it integrates with my other software for quoting.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Sometimes it can be slow, and lately it's been kicking me out. Not sure if they're working on those issues. Sometimes navigation between leads can be clunky as well, which is frustrating. It definitely has a learning curve, but if someone is already used to working with similar industry products, it's not that hard.

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

Corecon is a powerful tool for those who need an all-around construction site/program to keep everything simplified. Excel documents are easily imported from your takeoff software for easy quoting, and the few issues I have personally had with it do not detract from the overall usefulness of the software.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the lead number integration--plays well with Planswift and BuildingConnected. Before working here, I had never used lead numbers with projects and cases. This has really opened my eyes to the usefulness of a system using numbers! The metrics are also useful for seeing my progress as an estimator as well as our company as a whole. We use the different reports in our weekly meetings to track submittals, open issues, weekly / monthly / yearly sales goals and accomplishments, and other items.

  ### 10. Extremely delighted with the software.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle F. | Operations Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Corecon while great in its depth of value it also is extremely user-friendly. The software is easy to navigate through for all of my site supervisors as well as myself. Webinar's on a weekly basis to ensure that any questions that you have are answered through there, as well as any emails to tech support are always responded to in a very prompt manner.

I am greatly looking forward to seeing the data that we've collected as a company to refine our estimating skills, and fully take advantage of everything that Corecon has to offer.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

The information regarding custom log reports could use a bit of work branching between the different systems of Corecon. IE. Allowing a custom log report to pull information from Time and Expenses instead of having to split Time into one report and Expenses into a second report. *Albeit, the reports work extremely well on their own

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

If you are to use Corecon, then the biggest key factor we found was the setting up of the Job Cost Code database.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corecon has turned the information of expenses/labor vs. contract amounts in a beautiful layout to be fine-tuned to provide better pricing for clients without sacrificing profit for the company.

  ### 11. Great Customer Service & Support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra S. | Executive Administrator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2019

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Corecon is very helpful in keeping our company organized and ensuring easy access to all project documents. It is a singular hub for all information pertaining to each of our projects. it has eliminated using several other systems.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

With having so many different features, it took some time to onboard our entire team. I also would like Corecon to have more email features, to be able to send Journals from your email that will be directly uploaded to Corecon.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved our document organization problem we had in the past. Corecon organizes all documents in one place and has streamlined all our processes in one program.

  ### 12. CFO

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen R. | CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2018

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Corecon is simple to use and is very flexible. The ability to import data from excel into Corecon is very efficient. The ability to customize templates for reporting is priceless. Using Corecon has provided efficiencies in all areas of our construction workflow process.
The training and webinars available are very informative and the Q&A sessions continue to be very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Corecon provided so much flexibility that it took administrative time internally to create a company workflow process. I have used many software products and would much prefer the flexibility that Corecon makes available versus submitting a change request for basic programming functions. This is a very user friendly system.

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

Our company viewed many demos from competitors but found this product to fit our needs best. We also use QuickBooks and found that to be a plus.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The efficiency our company is experiencing has been invaluable. All levels of our business have realized efficiencies from labor, supervisor, project manager to CFO the continuity of the job workflow within Corecon has been seamless. Each module feeds data into the next and all staff members are able to manage projects easier and focus less on paper pushing.

  ### 13. Great potential but there are some hiccups

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 19, 2018

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Corecon offers a lot of flexibility when it comes to customizing the certain aspect of this platform. I find it that the user interface is pretty easy to follow and matches my thought process. After trying out different platforms I really enjoy using it. The pricing structure is very reasonable and their support team is the best. The knowledge base and instructional videos are awesome. The admin interface gives you a lot of control over who has access to what.

The correspondence modules are awesome. Creating meeting agenda and minutes are a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Although a lot of time was spent on the overall platform, I find that many aspects of the interface remain unpolished. Simple things like confirmation boxes that the message had been sent aren't there. If you save something, you don't get any prompts. When you get an error message, often time it's super cryptic and doesn't give any information on what needs to be done to resolve the issue. In some instances, you need to press the Save button to save the information, another time you don't do anything and the web interface will save the information for you.

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

You have to give it a chance. At first, it will be very hard to find your way around this software. Once you learn it, you'll really enjoy using it. BUT, it will be challenging at the beginning.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I really enjoy using this platform when engaging subcontractors for ITBs, RFPs, etc. It helps me to stay organized. Client reporting. The change order and contract management modules and reports are spot-on. It's very easy to generate reports that can be shared with the client.

  ### 14. Corecon Project Management Suite

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DJ D. | Project Manager, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2018

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

There are so many project management software suites on the market. Trying to find one that does everything you need isn't too hard. However, Corecon separates themselves from the others with the great customer service and training. Every page you enter inside the system has a help article and videos that goes with it. I was able to learn this system in a couple days.

Corecon also has the best reporting options I have seen. The the stock reports are great and very informative, but I really enjoy the custom reporting features (log reports, custom dashboards, & detail reports). Corecon gives you full access to the database to report on exactly what you need. The best part is you don't need to know database code. Just watch the online training videos and click a few buttons and you are making very powerful reports. I have not seen anything like this with other software.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

We currently have only two setbacks with Corecon. One is the failure to interact with Sage/Timberline. Which is not a deal breaker because of being able to export and import very easily. The second is handling Per-Diem. I would like to see a payroll rate in the system that can have a daily charge rather than a hourly. We bypass this paying putting Per-Diem under a custom expense, but it is cumbersome when entering time for the field guys to have to leave the timecard page and go to the expense page.

None of these are deal breakers and we had several other setbacks with similar management software.

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

If you are looking for a software that tracks everything pertaining to your projects and easy to learn than Corecon is for you.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Corecon gives our project managers the ability to track every aspect of a project in one place without waiting for accounting to run payroll weekly. Everything that has to do with a project stays inside the system and can easily be accessed by those who have permissions. Corecon helps us stay on track and under budget as well as send out professional correspondence to our customers.

The best part about Corecon is the ease of use. The resources and training documentation are extremely helpful. Every question that we have can be answered by watching the videos or reading the help articles. I also really enjoy the free weekly training webinars.

I have used several project management suites but Corecon is the by far the easiest to use and learn.

  ### 15. 2.5 years of Corecon

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard S. | Owner, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2017

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Ease of contract generation, billings, and tracking of RFIs and Submittals

We use all of functions of Contract Admin.
We use most Procurement functions except for RFP Packages and the "Anticipated Costs". Anticipated costs is a bit clunky to have to constantly update. We manage this through exporting reports to spreadsheets.

We use Time Cards and like the improvements made to this feature over the past couple years. It is much more user friendly.

In Correspondence we only use RFI's and Submittals at this time. We may implement other features in the future.

In Documentation we use Photos, Daily Reports and Meetings. We don't have work orders and don't see a need for the Owner Items.

We don't use the email.

The HR system works well.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Reporting for project management lacks. I understand that this is being taken care of w/ the "Cost at Completion" report forthcoming. The problem has been that it mostly just reports estimated costs to final costs w/o taking into account budget forecasting (other than using "anticipated costs" which really isn't helpful), change orders or other budget adjustments.

I would like to have a way to have internal budget adjustments (moving money from one cost code to another w/ a net $0 sum to the contract price) tracked separate from Owner Change Orders.

The meeting minutes function is a bit clunky with needing to "import" old business. I would like to see one set of meeting minutes that can be maintained and updated as opposed to starting with a general form. We have weekly Subcontractor and OAC meetings that have different attendees. The attendees needing to be input every week from a generic list is annoying.

I would like a chance to bulk download project photos after a certain period of time in order to keep our need for storage space on the Corecon server down.

On the ITB, I wish we could save group lists for adding vendors. i.e. "TI Project" and it imports our preferred TI subcontractors from a list that save. Or "Ground-up" and it imports a list of our subcontractors for ground-up form a saved list. I also wish it would save the version of the ITB sent out, so if you add vendors down the road, you don't have to re-type the entire ITB.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Document tracking

  ### 16. Outstanding Product - Fueled Significant Growth!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Reid A. | Director, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2017

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

The implementation of Corecon truly revolutionized how we do business. Within 3-6 months, the flow of our project management process drastically improved. Corecon helped us implement multiple fail-safes for each step of the project management process, ensuring that we are never left forgetting to issue a PO, follow up on a submittal by the deadline date, etc. It also makes our flow of business extremely simple by ensuring that we never overpay for materials, subcontracts, etc. These were features that Quickbooks and our excel sheets simply could not help us implement.

The look of the correspondence we send to our contractors (RFIs, CPRs, etc.) improved drastically as well. We’ve had multiple contractors comment on the professional look of the product and it has really helped to elevate our brand to the next level.

Lastly, and maybe most importantly, Corecon provides us with so much detailed data regarding our job costs and future workload. We use the data to provide estimating feedback, discuss job outcomes, and determine how much additional work we can take on. While we’ve always found ways to do these in the past, Corecon made the data so much more meaningful and easy to extract. The data was intimidating at first, but now that we’ve learned to harness it, we are shocked that we ever lived without it.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

It took about 6 months to master, but it's well worth it. It also has server outages from time to time which is frustrating for guys doing timecards, but it's only probably 4 times per year, and it's resolved within 4-6 hours.

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

The first 6 months is challenging, but the wait is worth it! We tried a lot of other products and none came close.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The flow of business has drastically improved, resulting in streamlined project management, quicker closeouts, timely billing, and outstanding reporting functions. This allows us to have a better handle on all of our jobs from start to finish.

  ### 17. Best accounting & project tracking/managing tool

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kyle F. | Estimator, Recreational Facilities and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2017

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

When I was doing extensive research for a tool that would help us track hours and expenses and seamlessly sync to our accounting software QuickBooks, I found all other programs were more focused on project management and not on the accounting. Corecon has the best sync ability to accounting and great tools for project management, I would highly recommend!

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

There are a few user interface quirks that I dislike, but Corecon is actively changing and updating the software and its usability. I will often email the team and suggest changes and I have seen some of those changes made within a timely manner

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

If syncing to your accounting is a priority, you will want to use Corecon

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Job costing and change management tracking are the big one's that have been the most beneficial

  ### 18. Project Manager

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rebecca H. | Construction Manager, Civil Engineering, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2017

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Having access to everything anywhere we go, and the amount of information that can be added. I love that we can scan our bills in and view them remotely (- but it would be great if that scan could be accessed from more locations.)

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

Too many save sections, which slows us down; not being able to edit anticipated costs from the main page anymore is unfortunate; and not seeing the cost codes on the bills list page. Basically, anything that adds a few seconds to hit save or load a page is not ideal for us because we processes so much on a daily/weekly basis. I feel that putting my cost analysis together takes twice as long as it was taking me a few updates ago.

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

Link to Quickbooks right away! Don't wait 4 years.. it adds a lot of work

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all info for every managers jobs in one place, that can be accessed anywhere is the largest benefit. Also, we were previously using excel spreadsheets for our accounting, which always makes me nervous about human error, this system gives me more confidence that the information is all there. And now we have more analytic options that we did not have before. We need to start using more aspects of Corecon, like the customer-user face, because I know there are un-tapped benefits that will make our lives easier if we can find the time to learn.

  ### 19. Great for keeping tack of Subcontracts and Purchase Orders.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 22, 2017

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

I like how easy it is to copy subcontracts and purchase orders. The new sections for comments and internal comments for purchase orders has made tracking a lot easier. The feature that shows what percentage of a subcontract or purchase order that has been paid is a nice addition.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

I dislike the new way to edit current information on subcontracts. It makes it easier for eliminate mistakes from other users, but makes it harder for me to update purchase orders and subcontracts.

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

Always hit save. A lot of the sections do not auto save. There are a good number of features that help make it easier to input information once you learn to use them. There are also a lot of videos that show exactly how to use those features.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's been easier to keep track of draw schedules with our vendors. We've just realized the feature that shows the percentage a subcontract or purchase order that has been paid.

The ability to have all of the job related information in one software platform that can integrate with our accounting system for full reporting capabilities.

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

While I have nothing to compare Corecon with, we have been pleased with the ability to get the information input and subsequently managed and manipulated in effective Project Management. The Corecon team is very responsive and work hard to make you a respected and satisfied customer

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are better able to track costs, determine production rates, strong integration with our payroll and have real time revenue and cost data with effective reporting tools.

Corecon helps smooth the A/P and A/R processes with the use of Corecon Link.

  ### 22. Corecon is a great project management tool that has helped to better organize our business

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeffrey R. | Project Manager, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 28, 2017

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

The ability to quickly generate invoices, and track outstanding change orders that we are owed.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

The user interface can be a bit difficult at times, and viewing the status of overall projects isnt that simple. There is also no way to create a revision of an existing cpr or co. You need to manually recreate another version. This is probably the most lacking feature. I want to keep records of previous versions of a CPR or CO, but be able to quickly 'copy' and start a new revision.

**What problems is Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking of submitted and approved change orders in one place. Consistency of the documents we distribute to our customers.

**What do you like best about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

PO writing is very easy and creating reports for PO's and labor reports.

**What do you dislike about Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon)?**

When you go to open a 2nd window you have to sign in a second time, which you didn't use to have to do once you had a window open and takes extra time when you need to get something quick when you are in the middle of another task in another screen.

**Recommendations to others considering Sage Construction Management (formerly Corecon):**

Use the training options they offer, it is a tremendous help.

Project management: accessibility, transparency, accountability, and stakeholder communication.
