Ability to keep an eye on all aspects of my firm's financials as well as my projects. I am a single person firm and this software is invaluable. It has a dashboard which I refer to daily to see where things stand It wold really shine in a larger office as itcan do much more than I actually use - still it's a great help. Integration with financial software is a plus, but I purchased the financial option from BQE, because I've had too much truble with Quickbooks. Customer support is excellent. There is a decent learning curve, but once you get the hang of the programs idiosyncracies, its easy to use. Some featuress are not as intuitive as that could be, and some are just wierd. (ex. late fees will only process as a seperate invoicie). There is a way to request features, but there is no telling if they will ever be included. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As the controller, it does need a bit more. While it does an excellent job of tracking time & expenses, etc. it is still developing its accounting knowledge. There are some very simple things they could change to address the accounting departments needs. And in my opinion, that is what this software is for the most, tracking time and expenses for projects but mostly accounting for the company. If they wish to compete with other accounting software, they really need to make the focus on functionality and customization options PER user.
