Our firm uses this app daily. We enjoy the ability to split projects into subcategories based on the phase of the project. We can use our own project names that are already in our system, furhter integrating our work into this app. We are able to split these subcategories into common tasks that are simple to review for the manager at the end of each week. The timecard, while user-friendly, does not offer display-friendly optimization. While working on even a few projects, the interface of the timecard sizes each project with an overbearing amount of space. A review of overall composition would do well for the website's design. I have been using BQE Software for almost 4 years now. I have been reguarly logging hours and expenses as part of my daily work. I really love the app version in which I can snap a picture on the go from my receipt and toss the receipt away immediatelly. It has saved me tons of time of collecting receipts and then balancing my credit card account.

I have found that when I create a "task" if I unfortunately make a spelling error within the title, once I hit "save and done" you can not update the data entered. I literally have to delete the entire entry and start from scratch. When this happens, it is time consuming.
