A bit clunky to use and the standard reports aren't helpful for our specific use case. I'm not too fond of the fact that many of the standard reports don't allow for showing hours only, they automatically include dollar amounts. This is challenging because I need many employees to see the hours spent vs. actuals on the reports but I don't want them to see actual costs because you can deduce employee salaries from the report.

Also, the system has gone down a few times, which is really a problem when you need to make financial-related decisions quickly.

The software customisation options, we find specific areas where customisation is limited. We have encountered instances where the software's default settings or predefined workflows could be more flexible depending on the particular business needs and workflows.
