**What do you like best about Officetrax?**

My favorite feature is the reporting.  You can make ad hock reports on the fly.

**What do you dislike about Officetrax?**

My least favorite thing about office trac is how it works with other software, like our lease administration software.  The data is uploaded nightly, however OfficeTrax is not capable of seeing multiple contact info fields from the lease admin software.  

**What problems is Officetrax solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It keeps track of our stores that need maintenance or need reimbursement.  The reporting tool helps us keep track of the 5,000+ stores we have
