I love that Coram AI is in the cloud, which means there's no software to download and it can be accessed directly from the computer. It's fast and solves our problems very quickly, allowing me to review footage almost instantly since it loads very fast. I find the system user-friendly and quick to learn, making navigation easy. Additionally, there's a lot of customization available, which is nice. The cloud capability and the quick loading time of the videos really help in reducing the time it takes to review footage, which used to take a long time with our old system. The only situation I've seen so far that I think could be an improvement is being able to access the timeline feature from the floor plan feature to be able to click on a camera and then go directly to review past footage.
