"Efficient log management , but finding docs feels like a treasure hunt with no map."
What do you like best about Coralogix?

The best part about Coralogix is the variety of query mechanisms, making it a powerful tool for frequent log analysis and monitoring. Their real-time support team is responsive, and while it may take some time to get a solution, they do come through with a fix. The range of REST APIs is also impressive, allowing for flexible integrations across different use cases.

In terms of ease of use, once you get familiar with the platform, it becomes a reliable solution for real-time log processing. However, navigating the tiered structure and finding the right configurations can feel like a puzzle at times. For frequent users, Coralogix proves to be an efficient platform, provided you’re willing to spend time understanding its query mechanisms and available features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

The biggest drawback of Coralogix is its limited documentation, which makes implementation more challenging. Important details, such as field descriptions and allowed values, are often missing or unclear, requiring constant reliance on chat support for even minor queries. Additionally, some REST APIs lack pagination, making data retrieval inefficient and difficult to manage at scale. One major issue with the DataPrime Query API is that if the response contains 300 logs, it returns three separate JSON arrays instead of a single JSON object. This causes problems in automation, as many scripts or tools may only process the first JSON array, ignoring the rest. A properly structured JSON object would significantly improve integration and ease of use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A solid observability platform with room for improvement."
What do you like best about Coralogix?

Strong filtering capabilities and a user-friendly interface of Coralogix enable effective log analysis and monitoring. Especially useful for easy insight sharing and cooperative debugging is the permalink tool. Moreover, Coralogix offers exceptional industry-leading response times, so reflecting great customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

Although Coralogix offers excellent cost optimisation, performance, and functionality, the speed of search results might be strengthened. Faster query answers would improve user experience, particularly in relation to vast amounts of data.

Though more optimisation in result processing would make it even better, the platform interfaces nicely with many programs and offers insightful analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Coralogix: A Powerful and Insightful Log Analytics Solution"
What do you like best about Coralogix?

Coralogix stands out as a robust log analytics and observability platform, particularly praised for its real-time data processing, cost-efficiency, and scalability. One of its strongest assets is its ability to handle high-volume log ingestion with minimal latency, making it ideal for dynamic environments like Kubernetes, cloud-native applications, or serverless architectures. The platform’s tiered pricing model, which decouples costs from data retention periods, allows teams to prioritize recent logs for analysis while archiving older data cost-effectively—a significant advantage over competitors that charge premium rates for long-term storage. Coralogix’s LiveTail feature is exceptionally useful for real-time debugging, enabling users to stream logs instantaneously as they occur, which is critical for troubleshooting production issues. Its built-in machine learning and anomaly detection automate root cause analysis by identifying unusual patterns (e.g., error spikes or latency surges), reducing manual investigation time. The platform also excels in data optimization, offering dynamic parsing, structured JSON support, and granular filtering to reduce noise and focus on actionable insights. Developers appreciate its flexible query language (combining Lucene and SQL-like syntax), which balances power with accessibility for both simple searches and complex aggregations. For security-conscious organizations, While the UI may lack some polish compared to alternatives, its dashboards and alerts are highly customizable, and integrations with AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenTelemetry, and Prometheus simplify embedding it into existing workflows. Overall, Coralogix is a compelling choice for teams seeking a cost-predictable, scalable solution that balances deep analytics with operational simplicity, whether for startups or enterprises. "visual dashboard monitor systems, track performance, and find issues"
What do you like best about Coralogix?

Coralogix is easy to set up and use, making it simple for teams to get started. Their customer support is quick and helpful, solving issues smoothly. It offers many features for log analysis and monitoring. The platform easily connects with other cloud services, making it simple to add to existing systems. Real-time insights and automated alerts make it a useful tool for daily monitoring and problem-solving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

While Coralogix offers powerful features, there can be a learning curve for new users due to the platform's advanced capabilities. Additionally, setting up complex alerts and fine-tuning queries may require some technical expertise. Occasionally, there may be slight delays in log ingestion during peak loads, and more detailed documentation for advanced configurations could improve the overall user experience. "Coralogix - My partner in assisting operational chores"
What do you like best about Coralogix?

I have been using coralogix for multiple use cases, starting from configuring alerting, customized dashboards to analyze various metrices, observing APM post deployment, analyzing logs to debug issues, and more.

I personally liked the ease to do all of them over coralogix. Prominent factor for me around exploring coralogix, is 24*7 customer support, where people are there to guide & clear my queries.

I keep attending their webinars as well, where they share about the new features being introduced.

Moreover, its integration over slack channel, is also very smooth, with few clicks and all done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Coralogix?

I would not say, I dislike anything. Rather it’s more of improvements, which may be done by coralogix team.

So, few things, which I feel may be worked upon are

- Ease of creating custom dashboards from existing metrics. Rather than copying queries and using them in my dashboard, just having drag and drop functionality would be to much help.

- Correlation of request flow among multiple services, seems to have scope of improvement, as compared to new relic service

- Any simpler way to download only useful data from logs, rather than complete set of logs, with so much un necessary information. Like, if I need a set of particular order id from all the logs, to be downloaded. I could not find any straight forward way to do so Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
