"Copla Centralized Our Risk, Control, and Evidence Tracking"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Before Copla, we tracked risks, controls, and evidence across multiple spreadsheets that were always drifting out of sync. Now it’s all centralized and linked in one place. It’s much easier to see the relationships between controls, assets, and risks without having to manually cross-check different files. Overall, the process feels far more organized and easier to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

Migrating years of spreadsheet data took some upfront effort. We needed to clean up older entries and standardize the information before importing everything. It wasn’t difficult overall, but it definitely required some planning and coordination to get it done smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copla Streamlines Evidence and Audit Readiness Effortlessly"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Copla has made our routine more efficeint by ensuring the right people receive the right information at the right time. I also appreciate that all the evidance is connected in one place, so we don’t waste time tracking things down. The policies and features automatically support what auditors need, which reduces the need to send emails manually and makes it easy to see where we stand at any given moments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

Some it isn’t realistic to expect a noticeable difference, when the service is being used intentionally when roles are clearly defined, team administrators can mange responsibilities more smoothly and automate routine tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear, Built-In Guidance That Makes Compliance Simple"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

One of Copla’s biggest strengths is the quality of the guidance built into the platform. Rather than just listing requirements, it gives clear direction on what needs to be done and how to approach each step. This makes compliance work much easier for both new and experienced team members, and it has also reduced uncertainty when implementing controls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

The guidance is detailed, which is usually helpful. However, there are times when stakeholders just want a shorter, more concise summary instead. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Always-Up-to-Date Policy Documentation Generated From Our Actual Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Before Copla, our policy documentation always felt like a separate project that constantly fell behind. Now it’s generated from our actual setup and stays updated as things change. As a result, the process feels far more connected to day-to-day operations rather than turning into a last-minute audit task. It also cuts down on the amount of manual writing our team has to keep maintaining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

You still need an internal review and approval step before publishing documents, so it isn’t completely hands-off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copla Bridge Simplifies Multi-Entity Oversight Across Regulatory Environments"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Copla Bridge was the main reason we signed on. It lets us oversee multiple entities in one place while still maintaining the right ownership structure at each company. Their register of information tool is consistent and reliable across different regulatory environments, so we don’t have to rebuild the same program ten times over. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

Rolling it out across multiple entities takes some planning. You really need to standardize a few basics first, but once that groundwork is in place, it scales nicely. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Ownership and Audit-Ready Evidence Validation"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Ownership is much clearer now. The Registry connects controls to actual systems and teams, so we’re not debating who is responsible during reviews. Copla Stream prompts us for specific inputs instead of broad, vague requests. The evidence validation step is especially helpful because it flags missing context before it turns into an audit problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

At first, some of the workflows felt a little too detailed. The overall structure is helpful, but we ended up tweaking a few steps so it better reflects how our team works day to day. Once we tailored it to our routine, the process started to feel much more natural. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Vendor reviews got so much easier"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Copla Registry is huge, and it keeps our due diligence organized and up to date. Last year, it took us months to prepare and submit the DORA register of information. With Copla, we had everything ready in a single day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

We haven’t had any issues so far. That said, if your team isn’t used to clear ownership, Copla will make that very apparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We got their time back while improving our compliance outcomes"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Copla has significantly reduced random interruptions for our engineering team. The chatbot asks for evidence in context, so everyone understands exactly what’s needed and why. Evidence no longer gets buried in threads or folders, because it stays linked to the correct control. And when auditors come in, we’re not scrambling—the work is already organized and easy to find. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

A few integrations took some coordination to get right. It’s also not realistic to expect zero engineering involvement—you still need clear owners for systems and controls. The difference is that their time is used intentionally, rather than being wasted the way it was before Copla. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ongoing Security Controls That Keep Us Audit-Ready Year-Round"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

We switched from our previous provider because passing an audit didn’t always match how secure we actually were day to day. Copla emphasizes ongoing controls rather than one-time evidence uploads, which feels much closer to reality. I also appreciate that the security checks stay active throughout the year, not just during audit season. Overall, it gives us a clearer, more current picture of where we stand at any given moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

The continuous approach can take a little getting used to. Teams that are accustomed to checklist-style, once-a-year tasks may need some coaching at the start to adjust. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Audit-Cycle Continuity That Saves Evidence and Simplifies Audit Prep"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Continuity is real. Evidence doesn’t reset with every cycle, and the evidence validation feature helps you prepare for audits. What I like most is that the platform is built around audit cycles: when you’re working on an audit, it automatically carries forward and saves evidence for the next one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

Some of the controls needed customization to better match our specific implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
