"Copla Unified Our Compliance: One Source of Truth for Risks, Controls, and Evidence"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Before Copla, our compliance information was scattered across several tools and shared documents. Consolidating everything into a single platform has made it much easier to track risks, controls, and the supporting evidence behind them. I particularly appreciate that everyone is now working from the same source of truth, which has cut down on unnecessary back-and-forth between departments and made collaboration smoother overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

Moving our existing processes into a single platform took some upfront cleanup and planning. We needed to review what we already had in place before migrating everything over. It wasn’t especially difficult, but it did require some dedicated time and focus at the beginning to get it right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All Compliance Information in One Place for Clearer Reporting"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

From a leadership perspective, the biggest benefit has been having all of our compliance information in one place. Rather than chasing updates from different teams across multiple tools, I can quickly see the status of controls, risks, and supporting documentation within a single platform. This has improved communication across departments and made reporting much more straightforward. Overall, the process feels significantly more organized and easier to manage than it did before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

Consolidating everything into a single system took some planning and close coordination across teams. We needed to align on ownership and standardize a few of our existing processes. It required a fair amount of upfront effort, but the long-term benefits have made it well worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copla Centralized Our Risk, Documentation, and Compliance Workflows"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

One of the biggest improvements we’ve seen with Copla is that it helped us move away from relying on multiple disconnected tools. Before, we handled risk management, documentation, and compliance activities across different systems, and it was hard to keep everything consistent. With Copla, those processes are centralized, which gives us a much clearer picture of where things stand at any given time. As a result, collaboration across teams has become noticeably easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

Consolidating our existing workflows into a new platform took some upfront preparation. We needed to get teams aligned on ownership and agree on how to structure a few key processes. Overall, the transition wasn’t overly complicated, but it also wasn’t something that happened overnight. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Compliance Visibility That Keeps Teams Aligned"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Before using Copla, it was hard to get a clear picture of where we truly stood across our compliance activities. Now we can easily see what’s been completed, what still needs attention, and where blockers are coming up. The visibility across controls, tasks, and evidence makes it much simpler to track progress and understand what’s holding things up. It also helps teams stay aligned and move forward without constant follow-ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

A few dashboards needed minor adjustments before they aligned with how we prefer to report internally. The setup itself wasn’t difficult, but it did take a bit of tuning to better match our workflows and reporting preferences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copla Connects Risks, Controls, and Evidence for a More Straightforward Review"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

One thing I really like about Copla is how it connects risks, controls, and documentation, rather than having them live in separate places. When I’m reviewing a risk, I can quickly trace the related controls and the supporting evidence without having to jump between different systems. That connected structure gives me much better visibility into how everything fits together and makes the overall review process feel more straightforward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

There’s a bit of a learning curve at the start because the platform is so interconnected. It took me some time to really understand how the different areas fit together and how they relate to one another. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear Ownership and Visibility Across Teams with Copla"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Copla makes responsibilities very clear across teams. Tasks are assigned directly to the right owners, tracked properly, and easy to follow up on, which makes everything simpler to manage. That visibility has reduced a lot of the confusion we used to have around controls and evidence collection, because it’s always clear what’s been done and what still needs attention. Overall, people know exactly what they’re accountable for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

If your organization isn’t used to structured ownership, expect a bit of an adjustment period. In our case, some teams needed time to get comfortable with responsibilities being tracked more openly and consistently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copla Adapts to Our Workflows for a Smooth, Natural Adoption"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

One of the things I appreciate most about Copla is how it adapts to our environment instead of forcing us into a predefined process. The platform mirrors how our systems, controls, and workflows actually operate in practice, which made adoption much smoother. We didn’t have to squeeze our business into rigid templates, and that made the whole experience feel far more aligned with our day-to-day operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

The initial setup takes some effort because you have to map your environment correctly. It requires time to define systems, ownership, and controls so that everything is connected and aligned properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copla Turns Compliance Requirements into Clear, Actionable Tasks"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

One of our biggest challenges before Copla was figuring out which requirements actually applied to our environment. Copla makes that much clearer, and it turns those requirements into actionable tasks rather than vague guidance. That reduces a lot of second-guessing during compliance work and helps us move forward with more confidence. Overall, the platform feels practical and execution-focused instead of overly policy-heavy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

There are still occasional edge cases where we need an internal discussion to decide how something should be interpreted. Those situations are pretty rare, though. For the most part, the common requirements are already mapped out clearly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copla Became Our Single Source of Truth for Compliance"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Before Copla, we managed compliance activities across several different tools, which made it difficult and time-consuming to track information. Copla brought everything into a single system—controls, evidence, risks, and documentation—so we finally have one source of truth. That consolidation has made our day-to-day work much more efficient, and the platform feels cohesive rather than stitched together from separate solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

The transition required close coordination across multiple teams to make sure the data and processes were migrated accurately and without issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copla Replaced Our Disconnected Tools with One Efficient Platform"
5/5
What do you like best about Copla?

Copla helped us replace several disconnected tools with a single platform. Instead of switching between different systems for risks, controls, and documentation, we can now access everything in one place. This has made collaboration much smoother and reduced how much manual tracking our team needs to do. Finding the right information is also much faster, which makes day-to-day work more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copla?

The migration took some upfront planning to ensure our existing data and workflows were organized properly. There was a brief adjustment period while the teams got used to the new process, but once that passed, everything felt much more streamlined and easier to manage.
