Compliance can be confusing, but their team of experts was practically an extension of our own, walking us through every step of our ISO 27001 certification. The platform itself is very user-friendly and keeps our certification process organized and streamlined, so we always know what’s completed and what’s pending. If I had to pick something, I’d say I wish the reporting dashboards had a bit more customization. We sometimes want to slice and dice compliance data in specific ways for our internal leadership. That said, this is a minor issue since the team is receptive to feedback and constantly updating the platform. They’ve already improved some features based on user suggestions, which is great.
