What do you dislike about CoPilot AI?

I'd like to see the prospects LinkedIn details in the Inbox, and ability to navigate directly to the LinkedIn profile from the inbox. At present the link to the prospects linkedin account is embedded in the conversation view (a sub folder of the inbox). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoPilot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

To grow my business I need to establish new relationships, some of which turn into real, paying clients. I have grown my network by dozens of people. I regularly contact with updates or introductions where it helps them. Copilot has helped me create value for new contacts. Two of those contacts have converted into retainer clients. What do you like best about CoPilot AI?

What do you dislike about CoPilot AI?

Honestly, nothing... I've been solicited by a minimum of 15 competitors. I even spent more than $15,000 on a company that claimed to be better and didn't get anything out of it (nothing at all!). Ended up coming back to Copilot and I'll never leave. Their software is top-notch / second-to-none. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sign up, do the work up-front, implement, spend an hour/day on it, work with it for at least six months, and you should have success. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoPilot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been increasing my ability to generation new relationships and deepen those relationships through messaging that I create and update over time. If you fail at using their services, it's likely because you didn't do enough work up-front, or you didn't keep up with it. You have to put in the work and "sharpen your axe" in the beginning. If you spend that up-front, required time, the maintenance is easier later. But you still have to "maintain" the software. I spend 1 hour/day, every morning, on weekdays only. What do you like best about CoPilot AI?

The most important feature for me is the fact that they automatically make sure that the same prospect does not get messages from multiple agents in my organization. This is key for scaling the outreach program.

The UI is intuitive, easy to work with, the success team is responsive, friendly and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Working from mobile is not really an option - the UI is not adaptable to mobil. Alerts on the teams version is not working but I understand they are working on the last one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
