What do you dislike about CoPilot AI?

To ensure the quality and accuracy of the code proposed by CoPilot AI, developers must carefully review and validate it.

What problems is CoPilot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Code creation that saves time: As I type my code, CoPilot AI creates code ideas and autocompletions. By offering pre-written code snippets and eliminating the need for manual typing, this helps me save time. It speeds up my coding process and frees me up to concentrate more on my projects' higher-level logic and problem-solving components.

Productivity and efficiency gains: I can create code more quickly with the help of CoPilot AI. Not only does this quicken the coding process, but also enables me to examine various implementation strategies and best practises. What do you like best about CoPilot AI?

Nothing, other than what they claim to enable/accomplish.

Also, it's worth noting price is immense compared to competitors who do more for far less without fighting to "scam" customers who engage with them in good faith. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CoPilot AI?

Everything in my entire experience, once I got into the platform, was extremely poor.

Their team still refuses to acknowledge past meetings and conversations that were held - they refused to cancel my subscription on my first notice to them in a meeting on January 9th - they charged me again for the subscription that was never used - and their product itself is extremely limited in basic capabilities.

Be warned, their TCs list that they only need to walk you through an implementation call and toggle your account on to charge you - and despite what comes next (lack of promised capabilities, other basic capabilities such as contact or org blacklisting) will refuse any type of return or refund from that point forward - even if the subscription was never used.

I admit I could have read the TCs more thoroughly - but typically you don't expect to be taken advantage of by a SaaS vendor selling to other SaaS salespeople. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is CoPilot AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

None; the complete lack of basic guardrail features - such as blacklisting, or the ability to integrate with a CRM to avoid reaching out certain leads, leads with a certain status, etc - is an absolute deal breaker. In addition, charging $400 + per user when you don't have such basic functionality??

The CS and sales rep blamed LinkedIn for these issues, and said that they formerly had workarounds within LI to address these types of concerns - but since LI made changes, have not had (and do not have) a way to address.

It's also a bit shocking that when someone never uses the product, and when asking for refund next steps - the employee freely admits that the goal of an "implementation session" is to switch the campaign to "on" so they can charge. Regardless of what happens next (platform not used at alldue to lack of capabilities, concerns raised immediately and asked for remediation to no avail, etc), you will not received a refund.

Update: as of March 14th, they have responded to my dispute with my lender and still claim that no meeting occurred on the date I cancelled - something that is proven false by an email from an employee acknowledging the meeting. They seem to have every intent to continue acting in bad faith. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
