CopierBridge keeps scan to email working on copiers, scanners and business apps after Microsoft 365 turns off basic SMTP AUTH by default at the end of December 2026 (Microsoft notice MC786329). Each device gets its own username and password and keeps sending over SMTP on port 587 (STARTTLS) or 465 (TLS); CopierBridge sends every message through the customer's own Microsoft 365 mailbox with Microsoft's approved OAuth sign-in. Messages are passed on, not stored. $9 a device a month; the first device is free for 14 days.
