Copernica support is quick to respond and always helpful. and They have one of the best lead tracking and email marketing tools, and most importantly the ability to add an infinite number of email accounts. The Accelerator is incredibly valuable. It also helped me navigate that cold email world with training and community. According to needs and expectations, the configuration and customization process of all aspects of the platform can be optimized. With Copernica we expand our ability to communicate with customers and colleagues. The contact database no matter where it is located, you can import several documents to keep the database always updated. Email automation helps improve marketing activities and promotions. At the beginning, it can be difficult to understand the function of each tool and it does not provide the necessary tutorials or demonstrations to correctly understand its use. The process of updating the customer list database is not automated at all, and manually viewing and updating each list can be annoying. The process of removing customers from a particular campaign can be complicated because it does not provide an effective search system to remove users from all registered user campaigns. It is necessary to review activities activity by activity so that they can be removed from each activity. Copernica needs better tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Copernica: It has fluid functionalities that allow me to perform marketing tasks in an easier way and to automate several emailing processes. The entire organization where I work is involved in the use of Copernica. We face some business issues, such as communicating all the necessary and specific information about all the developments of the company, as well as planning and contacting events, seminars and conferences.
