I like using Copado to check differences between environments and be able to handle changes from my colleagues : I can see who has changed what, and I cannot miss something when I'm getting ready for my release. First does not work well with master-details relationships, this is a problem in automated CI configuration with Git. Then when selecting an item to deploy manually you are not able to see its dependencies.
