Great learning platform and great support. Using the tool correctly has really improved all of our deployments and fixed most conflicts.

What I like the most is if you are used in doing deployments using Metadata API (ANT) and already using git, the learning process it quite fast and the backend workes more or less like what you are already used to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like most tools today, if you don't do some training on the academy and read through documentation, it will cause major issues in development and deployment processes. The same as if you'd use Salesforce without knowing what you are doing. But if used correctly it's a great tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Copado is a very comprehensive DevOps solution that has great features to customize it according to our requirements. It's doing the work of several tools together. Not much, there are regular updates that keeps the tool upto date with the new technologies. The integrations can be made more prompt and seamless. Otherwise, I don't have any complaints as such. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Copado is the most efficient way to group metadata changes into agile components (user stories / features), deploy those changes across a linear sandbox path, and track those changes with version control. I would say the thing I like best is that their branch management strategy has proven itself to be reliable and effective in multiple orgs with multiple teams. I know it works. The thing I like the best is also the thing I like the least. You really have to do things the way Copado intends for you to do them - if you deviate, things will not work they way you expect. The branching strategy is tightly coupled with the environments, and the environment pipeline is linear. Dev1 / Dev2 -> QA -> PreProd -> Prod is what they recommended to us and what we consistently fall back to. Anything else adds a layer of complexity that is inherent to Copado's branching strategy.
