The feature I like most about Copado DevOps is integration with other tools in the development cycle. It integrates very well with Salesforce and other CI/CD tools which makes our work very easy. What I do not like about Copado DevOps is that sometimes it is rather challenging to configure it and it takes time to master. This made some of our initial setup slow because of the inability to generalize and create templates that would allow for fast implementation across different organizations. Furthermore, it can be financially costly to the smaller teams or new companies hence affecting the budgeting process. The best thing I can say about Copado DevOps is that it is fully integrated into Salesforce. It improves the management of the installation processes and changes on various environments without causing complications. The features like the regression testing and the compliance checks among others have been the most beneficial since it gains time. Copado DevOps has its limitation, in that, it’s difficult to install and configure for some users who are not conversant with DevOps platforms. Our team faced some difficulty at the initial stage as Copado DevOps was a bit complex in terms of its usage and functionalities that our team had to come across during its utilization as a tool.
