"Simplifying Salesforce deployment management is finally real"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

In our view, Copado DevOps is designed well to work in the Salesforce environment, meaning that deployment and release across environments are simple. They make its administration quite easy and allow for efficient management of compound release and associated workflows. The other key functionalities, such as version control and collaboration, augment team success and precision as well. This integration has been beneficial in our development process and arguably enhanced general efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

Its setting up and configuration could be tough especially for the advanced features and this makes Copado DevOps tricky. This makes it complex and often time delays the implementation, more so, reducing the efficiency of teams working on it. A problem is that the higher pricing structure might be a problem for compact teams and can be a challenge for one’s budget. Such factors can slow the decision making and harm the total cost control process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"We finally streamlined deployment and release management"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

In my opinion, the integration of Copado with Salesforce is its strong suite as it makes deployment very easy for us. It offers a great number of possibilities for working with releases and change tracking, as well as, it performs many operations. I also like how it is compatible with other applications, for example, Jira for issue tracking which makes productivity here even better. It has greatly enhanced the performance of DevOps by minimizing the instance when a human is required to intervene. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

A weakness of Copado DevOps is the fact that this tool may be challenging to use especially for new users who are transitioning to the platform. The development has been such that has made it difficult to train new users due to the steep learning curve. Further, some of these features go deeper in their functioning and can be complex to understand due to the amount of time required in learning their functions. Some of these challenges have occasionally impacted our work and intermittently influenced our efficiency in the development process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"I won't implement Salesforce without Copado again."
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

Copado DevOps is my go-to tool thanks to its perfect Salesforce integration and powerful automation abilities. When my team first started using Copado it transformed long hours of manual work into an easy routine. This change allowed us to have more time for strategy instead of getting stuck in the weeds. Now, we can see our deployments in real-time and get all the data we need about release cycles. Copado revolutionized how we work. Today, our CI/CD pipeline operates with a transparency it never had before. It's not only quicker, but it's also more reliable. It's clear that Copado has simplified the complicated task of version control and deployment to a level I didn't think was possible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

The initial setup was harder than we thought - it truly required many hours of reading documentation to understand. We spent a few weeks and a handful of mistakes to adjust it for our use, which did create some irritation. Generally, its performance is steady, but we have encountered difficulties during major roll-outs, when the system started running slowly. I remember one vital launch where these performance issues pushed back our timeline, making us rush to keep the project moving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copado DevOps enhances our development efficiency and automation in our company"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

Something I like about Copado DevOps is its ease of use. Through the GUI aspect, it is easy to control our deployment pipelines as an organization. On this subject, integration with other tools that we employ, such as Salesforce, is seamless, hence can facilitate our processes’ automation. Furthermore, the number of features given, for instance, continuous integration and testing, significantly enhance the development process. I am happy to report that Copado DevOps has helped accelerate our releases while increasing the efficiency of our team by a great extent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

A disadvantage of Copado DevOps is that its setup is quite time-consuming and complicated, especially when it affects our project schedules. One of the significant advantages is that the number of features is considerably high. However, it takes time and effort to learn some of the enhanced options. Also, the customer support can sometimes take a long time to respond, especially when we encountered critical problems. These weaknesses have at times affected the smooth running of the activities and reduced productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplifying version control and deployment processes is not a problem anymore"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

The best I like about Copado DevOps is that it is very easily integrated with Salesforce and comes with a highly automated system. The deployment and relating issues about version control I think has been really simplified through the use of automation. The most useful features probably include the visual tracking of deployments, and the detailed reports on the cycles of the release. Has had the benefit in integrating its functionality in our CI/CD pipeline and improved the efficiency and effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

On the downside, Copado DevOps has a steep learning curve when it comes to set up and configuration which could be a put off for many users. Also, there are times when, especially with large deployments, performance problems are encountered thus slowing down the process. They have at some times caused delays during our deployment process and some time more time is spent in solving these issues which affects our efficiency and not to mention the time factor which is very important in any project. "Everything a DevOps needs for Salesforce."
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

User stories enhance collaboration throughout the whole DevOps process. The Pipeline Manager is a feature that permits users to view where the development of the products and services is in the sys landscape. The capability to get, locate and bring in the necessary pieces of code into the push request is much better than the existing systems of Salesforce. Segregating the changes in the repository is a way of viewing the history of the repository in a structured way at different points in time. One of the greatest benefits of the changes is the liberty to perform any modifications without the risk of introducing the changes unintentionally from some other administrator. What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

I would like to use a ClickDeploy-like application, which, apart from creating a change component in the target org, will also show immediately in what way the component is changed, same, new, or so forth. Built-in reporting tool could also be improved and it's not clear in logs what fails with the deploy and how to correct it. Sometimes the logs didn't make any sense based on our Github repository. "Copado DevOps boosted our company efficiency and integration and speed up deployment processes"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

The best thing that I like about Copado DevOps is that it flattens out the whole deployment process. Ease of use is extraordinary, they have incorporated an easy to understand layout of the program that enables simple operation and maintenance of our Salesforce installations. A combination of other applications, for instance, JIRA and GitHub, are also easily integrated with the tool to enable integrated and coordinated working. Moreover, the customer support has been exceptional, support respond to any queries promptly and assist in solving any problems. I have to say that we have been able to minimize on the time we take to complete tasks since adopting Copado’s automation options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

The only negative aspect that I have for Copado DevOps is that it can be slightly cumbersome at times when configuring it. The first time it may be a bit cumbersome and may take some time of the team to get used to the DevOps practices. While the steep learning curve is effective in ensuring that the activity is not easily compromised, it at times slows its progress and we have to train some individuals. Further, though it has a large quantity of features, it might overwhelm the user and it is not very easy to locate and apply individual tools. This has, at some point, resulted in a delay in the deployment and solving of problems thus affecting our efficiency and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This tool allowed us to overcome many deployment challenges in our company"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

My biggest like about Copado DevOps is the fact that this solution helped us address the challenges of rapid change and automate our deployments to achieve shorter development cycles and fewer mistakes. The ability to monitor and track the progress of the development pipelines can also be beneficial along with being able to generate daily reports which prove useful in managing projects effectively. I have also experienced an excellent customer support team who has been very much helpful and committed to solving my issues, and more so in improving my productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

One significant drawback of Copado DevOps is that it can sometimes be slow and there could be instances that it affected some of our release timings and it became quite irritating. Furthermore, the vast functionality although useful, is complex which adds to the learning curve for the user especially one who is new to the application. These have all had an impact on our working efficiency due to time allegiance required in training and becoming familiar with the new programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Copado Devops revolutionized our development cycle and team output"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

The feature I like most about Copado DevOps is integration with other tools in the development cycle. It integrates very well with Salesforce and other CI/CD tools which makes our work very easy. It has many features like automated testing and deployment that increases our productivity. Customer support is also good, they are always ready to assist. It has been particularly useful in managing the releases which has made our development cycle to be more effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

What I do not like about Copado DevOps is that sometimes it is rather challenging to configure it and it takes time to master. This made some of our initial setup slow because of the inability to generalize and create templates that would allow for fast implementation across different organizations. Furthermore, it can be financially costly to the smaller teams or new companies hence affecting the budgeting process. What I feel can make Copado DevOps much better is to have better setup guides which should be more detailed and the pricing should be more flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A real game changer for enhancing salesforce integration and deployment efficiency"
What do you like best about Copado DevOps?

The best thing I can say about Copado DevOps is that it is fully integrated into Salesforce. It improves the management of the installation processes and changes on various environments without causing complications. The features like the regression testing and the compliance checks among others have been the most beneficial since it gains time. Ever since we connected Copado with the version control system here and Jira, such issues have been a thing of the past because updating development and tracking issues in particular has been made easy thus enhancing the overall development process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Copado DevOps?

Copado DevOps has its limitation, in that, it’s difficult to install and configure for some users who are not conversant with DevOps platforms. This had the main drawback when it came to training and getting the system up and running because it took quite some time to set up. In addition, although this application provides quite a lot of options and settings, the top panel could look overloaded, and, thus, it weakens performance in terms of convenience when searching for certain elements.
