I find Copado DevOps really helpful for moving Salesforce metadata across environments—from development through test/UAT to production. It reduces manual deployment work and improves traceability by making it easier to see what changed, who changed it, and what’s included in each release. I also like the governance it adds around promotions and approvals, which helps stakeholders review releases with more confidence. Overall, it fits well with our existing Git branching strategy and CI/CD process and makes it easier to run the same set of changes consistently in lower environments before production. Definitely, I think there is some learning curve. So, like, one if as a starter, if you're starting, you have to go through a lot of documentation. And also, like, getting those pipelines, permissions and environment set up will take up some effort. And, there might be some performance issues, suppose if we have more commits and releases, and also, like, if we want to do a fast changes in between. Sometimes we get stuck. Maybe the UX wise, they can improve. And also if we have a simpler troubleshooting mechanism, it will be easier. And also the cost. Cost can be decreased.
