Should try to provide an in-app guidance and chatbot support for novice users.
While early days of using Coapdo, we faced several issues and the features were also missed which could be taken care by providing an in-app guidance/chatbot support for atleast the 'How-do-I' questions for your customers rather than raising tickets and wating for the support person's reply.

How to solve "Admin process already in progress" error in deployments via Copado
While deploying, sometimes I face an error "Admin process already in progress" with no other proper details.
After recommitting the same components and promoting it again it gets deployed, so I would like to ask what might be the source of this error? And how best could we avoid it?
What is the best way to get my managers to see value of Copafo?
We have difficulties to keep control of our Salesforce development and i have proposed to my managers to at least consider Copado. But so far i haven't been able to convince them. Any idea how to do it?
