Coordia is care documentation software built for residential care providers, including I/DD group homes, adult foster homes and residential treatment homes. It was built by the operator of a licensed I/DD residential home, around the documentation providers actually manage every day. It brings daily documentation together in one platform: electronic medication administration records (eMAR), ISP documents and care plans, incident and behavior documentation, staff training and certification tracking, and health records. Provider teams replace paper binders and scattered logs with organized records, audit history and role-based access, and can prepare supporting documentation ahead of licensing reviews. Program-specific workflows are built around Oregon I/DD, adult foster home and residential treatment programs today, with more states being added. HIPAA-aligned safeguards, BAA available.
