CoolSales is a Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) platform designed to support the sales processes of companies that offer complex, configurable products, particularly in manufacturing and industrial sectors. The platform allows sales teams and partners to configure products based on predefined rules and technical constraints, automatically generate quotations, and ensure pricing consistency across markets and channels. CoolSales integrates product data, commercial policies, and configuration logic into a single interface used by sales representatives, dealers, and back-office teams. The solution can operate both online and offline and is typically integrated with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and Product Information Management (PIM) platforms. This enables the platform to retrieve product data, pricing information, and availability, while ensuring that generated quotes remain aligned with company standards and product compatibility rules. CoolSales also supports guided selling processes, helping users navigate complex product structures and options while reducing configuration errors and manual work during the quoting phase. The platform can be deployed for direct sales teams as well as extended dealer networks, enabling a consistent quoting and configuration process across different markets and channels.
