Professional and friendly team. Everything about costs and fees are clear and there is no hidden fees. They know how to help clients.

**What do you dislike about Cooley?**

Nothing, all is good based on our experience.

**What problems is Cooley solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need business lawyers for making contract with big entity and they help us to create win-win contract.

**What do you like best about Cooley?**

The attorneys and legal team at Cooley were amazing! They were reachable, professional and paid great attention to their work. They were also very easy to get in touch with!

**What do you dislike about Cooley?**

While they were very easy to get in touch with, we frequently had to follow-up with the attorneys and ensure that timelines were being adhered to and that deadlines would be met!

**What problems is Cooley solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Cooley helped us with the corporate financing of our organizations stocks and operations.

Cooley helped with the corporate financing of Quanergy's stocks.

**What do you like best about Cooley?**

Cooley's attorneys were always on point with the work. They were professional and collegiate. There was no sloppiness in their work.

**What do you dislike about Cooley?**

Sometimes Cooley's attorneys did not respond to emails. They needed to extend deadlines and did not finish on time.
