The rewards are great, the challenges/goals are fun and engaging, the interface is intuitive and well designed. All around a great app experience. I don't know how easy the implementation/integration was, but it was well done by the team that did it. I have never had to use customer support because it just works! There is a small issue with the two-factor authentication on the phone version of the app. When I switch to my Google authenticator app it resets the login. So I can't type in the authentication code unless I memorize the code, go to the app and do the full login process, and enter the code before it expires. Some of the best things about cooleaf is not only getting rewards for your hard work, but you actually get shouted out by your coworkers on how great your doing your job. This motivates me by noticing how appreciated I am with my fellow coworkers.

I love that Cooleaf has a simple layout that is easy to navigate. Cooleaf gives the chance to make employees feel special with the shout-outs, GIFS, and just a common place to givel praise the employee needs to feel apperciated, whether it is work related or birthday related.
