My favorite thing about Cooleaf is that you are rewarded for doing challenges. These challenges include writing prompts, fitness activities, and participating in spirit days. I check Cooleaf daily, because it is so easy to use and redeeming your prizes is a seamless process. I enjoy the number of features like personalizing our profiles, joining community groups, weekly activities to encourage engagement, recognizing peers for their kindness, and all while getting to earn rewards. We have employees in other states and working from home so I am thankful for the platform Cooleaf has provided. It is so important to have somewhere to go that gives us that sense of community and allows us to engage with each other in such a positive way.
