I really enjoy using cooleaf beacuse of its faster recognizing quality and as soon I recieve recognition the next day itself I will recieve my rewards so this keeps me motivation to be a hardworker and even the cutomer support were very easier to approach they are on time when we face issues and I'm using it daily.

It also gives me the oppurtunity to recognize others for their hard work easier to implement oru ideas and suggestions.

In a remote work world, it's tough not being able to see your co-workers every day. Unfortunately I think it is underutilized by some people. They might use it if it were right in front of their face, but if the program isn't opened up, it's easy to forget about it. If it were integrated into Teams, I think it would get used more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
