There is not a sinlge thing I don't like about Colleaf. I love it! The only thing I wish were different is I wish more employees participated. I like the activities in Cooleaf and the ability to see what others in my company are up to with posts and picutes. I don't like that I can't regonize a co-worker without being a manager. For example, today I wanted to give a shout out to a co-worked I've never met before that jumped in to help me with an issue. I like how Cooleaf brings all of our co workers together. The only thing I'd like is if we could have a profile cover photo (banner) on the top. and the profile picture quality to be better. It is very blury even thought I am using a high quality photo. My favorite thing about Cooleaf is the interaction from everyone. I like how you can meet new co-workers, and recognize your current ones. I also like how you can earn rewards from being yourself and learning more about others. I think it makes everything feel more like a community, than just a "job". It is also easy to use because of how the website is set up. I use Cooleaf frequently whenever im at work, to be honest, and if there are any problems you can contact customer support. They will help you immediately which is nice. Cooleaf also provides a ease of implementaion and integration by giving you easy tasks to do voluntaritly, and mixing evreyone from the company so we can all be included and feel like a team. I wish there was an option to get points from quizes about the job, or maybe mini games dealing with the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Cooleaf by ITA Group solving and how is that benefiting you? Cooleaf is making employees feel more like a group and allowing us to grow together as a company. This is beneficial because there is a sense of community when using cooleaf. I can see if there are any new hires and make them feel welcomed by "recognizing" them / giving them a shoutout. I also like how we are able to get rewards for active participation, being regognized by our managers and more! One thing I love about the platform is the reward points you can recieve through completing activities. Some activities are focused on promotions and others are focused on recognizing team members. I love that I get to participate in making my co-workers feel appreciated. I use the site quite often especially when I am notified through email of upcoming activities. I believe the main problems that Cooleaf is helping to solve are related to promotions and employee recognition. Cooleaf has greatly encouraged me and my co-workers to be engaged and participate in promoting our products. Without this system I believe it would be more difficult for me to be encouraged to promote our products to customers. It can be very intimidating to promote something to a customer. I tend to overthink so much about what I should say or do and if I even am capable to promote a product. The platform helps confirm that anyone has the capability to promote! What do you dislike about Cooleaf by ITA Group? There is not anything that comes to mind except I do wish it didn't take so long to receive physical gift cards in the mail. It keeps us engaged and gives us ways to work together as a team even when we don't realize we are working as a team.
