The rewards are great, the challenges/goals are fun and engaging, the interface is intuitive and well designed. All around a great app experience. I don't know how easy the implementation/integration was, but it was well done by the team that did it. I have never had to use customer support because it just works! There is a small issue with the two-factor authentication on the phone version of the app. When I switch to my Google authenticator app it resets the login. So I can't type in the authentication code unless I memorize the code, go to the app and do the full login process, and enter the code before it expires. Working from home can be a bit isolating sometimes. This addresses that problem by incentivizing employees to interact with each other outside of the context of work. Some of the best things about cooleaf is not only getting rewards for your hard work, but you actually get shouted out by your coworkers on how great your doing your job. This motivates me by noticing how appreciated I am with my fellow coworkers. What do you dislike about Cooleaf by ITA Group? I don't have any downsides about using cooleaf, the only thing I do wish was different was how many points we get per recognition. Cooleaf is helping with company engagement, we are a hybrid company that has employees all over, but using Cooleaf helps us make sure we stay on touch together and it's pretty fun to do challenges with eachother. In a workplace, we usually don't get to interact with all the collegues on a regular basis because of different schedules and nature if work but with the help of cooleaf we are able to get to know our collegues and their interests.
