My favorite thing about Cooleaf is that you are rewarded for doing challenges. These challenges include writing prompts, fitness activities, and participating in spirit days. I check Cooleaf daily, because it is so easy to use and redeeming your prizes is a seamless process. The app is a tad weird when it comes to logging in, I would love to have quick and easy access to cooleaf on my phone but there seems to be a glitch there. But other than that I have no complaints! I enjoy the number of features like personalizing our profiles, joining community groups, weekly activities to encourage engagement, recognizing peers for their kindness, and all while getting to earn rewards. I frequently use this app and is fairly easy to use. Not only does Cooleaf implement new features and rewards, but it allows us to take part in the app and that keeps me coming back. We have employees in other states and working from home so I am thankful for the platform Cooleaf has provided. It is so important to have somewhere to go that gives us that sense of community and allows us to engage with each other in such a positive way. The tools provided are great for "shouting out" a peer, giving recognition, and even increasing motivation. Cooleaf has a variety of other engaing features as well, from learning and development tools to wellness programs. It is a one stop employee experience shop that brings some fun to the work place.
