Obviously, saving points for gift cards is fun, but being able to MEANGINGFULLY recognize my peers is a huge perk of the job and I love to surprise them with a quick "Great job"! I like the challenges, trivia, prices, recoginitions that we can do with our team and with other colleagues whenever they are. They are really easy to use and I have it on my phone. If ever there is, it might be that we need more challenges as it stimulates our brain and I really do the challenges whether it is physical, mental or emotional. The best online platform we use in our company to recognize our colleagues for work anniversary, birthdays, performance, etc. Also, have events organised by company where we can earn points which later can be encashed in the form of vouchers or goodies.
