Had an issue scanning the site, they helped via email really quickly. Easy to edit the styling of the popup. We swapped to CookieYes because we were using Complianz and consent mode didn't work. The site scan didn't work immediately and part of their suggested resolutions are to pay for a higher tier to access additional features which I didn't like. I signed up to CookieYes to manage my wesbite cookie banner, which was really easy to do.

Unrelated to that, I started receiving emails from about Google saying my Google Consent Mode hadn't been activated even though I thought I'd done everything I needed to. The support team at CookieYes were really helpful and after a few emails back and forth, they resolved my issue and showed me how to check that GCM was working on my website.
