Mia Lynn from the support team was courteous, professional, and persistent throughout the multi-day exchange. Despite the initial friction and my clear opposition to unauthorized charges, they successfully followed through on their promise. They confirmed the card removal and zero charges were made, which ultimately prevented a major business problem for us.
