I submitted a question via the chat and it took them about 24 hours to get back to me. The support team at CookieYes were really helpful and after a few emails back and forth, they resolved my issue and showed me how to check that GCM was working on my website. Replying within 30 minutes during working hours with solutions and help as well as working with Nitropack (our cache provider) to figure out the issues and resolve them over a couple of weeks. As it took some time to figure out the issues i was given an extended trial period to ensure the service was working fully before paying for the product! By far the best customer servcie I have ever received from any company.
