You don't have to understand the legal lingo or be a developer to get your banner set up, and they often have good documentation to walk you through the steps. **What do you dislike about CookieScript?** While documentation is good, there are instances where you're combining various features of the program where some additional guidance is necessary. And...it's seemlingly impossible to get through to a human. The AI chatbot is good...and you can re-phrase and re-ask questions to try to get clarification...but it would be so much faster if there was a human there to just answer your question thoroughly once vs. the perpetual back and forth! **What problems is CookieScript solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Cookie Script for our websites' consent management. ### 2. They take quite a while to respond to you, the chat is useless because there's never anyone there and a bot attends to you. The built-in Analytics module is insightful. Banner can be easily modified if there is a need for it to apply corporate CVI. **What do you dislike about CookieScript?** Once the banner is live there is no possibility to test changes before butting it to live unless you duplicate you CS container and implement that to a test environment. **What problems is CookieScript solving and how is that benefiting you?** CookieScript is Goolge certified CMP and it provides the needed TCF string in order to serve ads via Google Ad Manager ### 35. Since the implementation of new legislation in Canada regarding data protection, creating web platforms that comply with the cookie law became a headache and a significant cost for some of our clients. Since we integrated Cookie Scripts into our processes, we save time and costs to comply with Canadian laws. We build the majority of our websites on Webflow, and although there is no native integration of Cookie Scripts for Webflow, the setup is really simple and the documentation is very useful to guide us the first time using Google Tag Manager. **What do you dislike about CookieScript?** The only flaw I would give the platform so far is that sometimes when updating account settings, the process of saving changes is not very fast... We're talking about a few seconds, which isn't dramatic, but for someone working in digital platform development, it can be a bit annoying at times. **What problems is CookieScript solving and how is that benefiting you?** I would say that it's a game-changer for us since it allowed us to solve a puzzle regarding the new Canadian legislations, and mainly law 25 in Quebec.
