What do you like best about Cookiebot by Usercentrics?

What I appreciate most about Cookiebot is that it fully meets the high standards we have as an ISO 27001 certified company. It gives us strong confidence in our GDPR compliance and provides an overall easy-to-administer solution that integrates well into our processes. The option to brand and customize the cookie banner is very helpful, as it allows us to keep a consistent user experience across our digital platforms. What do you dislike about Cookiebot by Usercentrics?

While the product works well, I find that the administrator interface could be more intuitive. It sometimes takes extra steps to locate and manage certain settings. I would also appreciate even more assistance with the classification of cookies, both during the initial setup and as an ongoing process. Having two separate interfaces is confusing, and it's a bit of a pain that customers that sign up through referral only end up with the "manage" interface instead of the "admin" interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Cookiebot by Usercentrics?

I had no experience with cookie banners before, and this was my first website, but I must say with the help of Cookiebot, it was a lot easier than I originally thought. I thought this project was going to last for weeks until I found Cookiebot. It's super simple to set up, not too expensive, and you can even use a free version if that's enough for you. Plus, you have various design options, which is even better. All in all, I'm super satisfied with Cookiebot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cookiebot by Usercentrics?

I had to buy the premium version to display a working cookie banner since my mobile version website cookie banner was only working when the design is set to top banner. Otherwise, it would display somewhere in the middle of the website, which was suboptimal. It would be more transparent of the dev team if they included some of the designs in the free edition for technical cases like mine. Otherwise, it's completely fine that the other designs are only available in the premium package since it's not a must-have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
