**What do you like best about PDHI Platform?**

Our margin of error has drastically decreased because of PDHI's system, so this is what I love best about the platform

**What do you dislike about PDHI Platform?**

PDHI is very secure, so when someone forgets their login credentials, it sometimes it hard to retrieve it without the account manager's access or availability to send them their info quickly. 

**What problems is PDHI Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main benefits of having PDHI as something we offer is that we have become more marketable to potential new clients. As discussed in the prior field, PDHI has helped solved one of our biggest problems, our margin of error out in the field.
