It smoothly connected to our current CRM and ticketing tool, and of course, the training of the AI was fairly simple. The idea of Convy AI for simple customer management questions appealed to me. The only thing that I was dissatisfied with in regards to Convy AI was the fact it can only partially interpret different customer inquiries.
