What do you like best about Convoso?

I must say that I am highly impressed with this call center software. It is a reliable and efficient tool that helps businesses optimize their sales and support call operations. The best thing about this software is its fantastic customer service support. The Convoso team is always there to assist and provide solutions to any issues that may arise. What do you dislike about Convoso?

As a new user of Convoso, I found myself struggling to navigate the software, and it took me some time to figure out how to use some of the more advanced features. I believe that the Convoso team could do a better job of making the software more user-friendly, especially for beginners, by providing comprehensive tutorials, walkthroughs, and training materials.
