"Great service and many great features."

What do you like best?

We have been with LogMyCalls for over 1 1/2 years. All along, their features and service, are way above any of their competitors in their industry. The one or two times that we had an issue with a client's number, the solution was found and corrected the very same day. Their tech support is just superb. McKay Allen, the Inbound Marketing Manager, stages (almost weekly) free online webinars, featuring experts in online marketing, which is a great bonus asset. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our company eCommNow, has been providing online marketing services and quality phone leads, exclusively for auto repair shops, since 2000. Contact Point - LogMyCalls has proven to be a real asset to our operation. Advertising of any kind, should be paying for performance. Without effective proof of ROI, advertising becomes money thrown into a black hole. In our particular case, what better proof of ROI, than having our clients access their own online dashboard, to track and listen, to all the calls received from their advertising with us. In short, the benefits that LogMyCalls can provide to benefit your business, are just too numerous for a short review like this. "Not ready for prime time! "

What do you like best?

They worked with me to ensure a good cut over from CallRail. Having worked in the telephone industry a number of years, I know the cutover can be problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike?

We switch from CallRail to Convirza to try their call scoring. After two months with Convirza and not seeing the value of the call scoring we decided to switch back. They charged us almost $400 more because we did not send a formal cancellation. To them, the port request is not enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
