Conveyor is so much faster and more accurate than a more general security wiki. I would spend hours and hours trying to find the necessary information to just answer a handful of security questions, and now it only takes a couple of minutes in Conveyor. It is also much easier for our customers to get the information they need directly through Conveyor vs. needing to reach out to their account executive, who then would submit a salesforce case, which would then get put into my queue and I'd have to track down the answers and send it to them, and this delay would compound if there were any clarifications and follow-ups required. Conveyor is designed for seamless integration with the leading 7 or so online information security assessment platforms, such as OneTrust and ProcessUnity. However, many other platforms exist. I would like to see Conveyor work more generically with any online platform.

One of the downsides about Conveyor is that sometimes the invitation email takes a while to send to the customer. While Conveyor is incredibly helpful, its ability to answer new or complex client questions is limited to information already stored from prior questionnaires or our policies.
