Support is great and helpful, the tool is affordable and at the same time brings a lot of great features that usually only the "big players" in the market have. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConvesioConvert?

It took a while before the GDPR regulations were implemented properly but beside from that the development is constant and good. Also switching from one tool to another was rather complex but worth the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ConvesioConvert?

Growmatik offers us the full range of automated multi-channel marketing in a single, centralised solution. Which means we don't have to pay multiple subscriptions and can shape Gromatik to suit almost any client requirement. The flexibility and functionality means we can drive automated campaigns for anything from a drive-in cinema to an online store selling bespoke cricket bats! What do you dislike about ConvesioConvert?

We had some minor onboarding/install issues on these sites but these were fixed by the support team. We would like a few new new features in order to suit some clients, however we've submitted these as feature requests and look forward to these being released. Areas of opt-in and GDPR could be streamlined for websites serving a UK market, but again I understand this will be addressed in a future release. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
