This product is way different from everything else I have used! They use containers and microservices to create a highly scalable environment for Wordpress. When you create a site on Convesio it has load balancers, a clustered DB, and runs on multiple servers. This increases your sites stability and access to more resources as it scales. We tried to build this solution using Amazon and all the tech they have, it tooks us months and we were getting nowhere. Convesio has it all figured out and wrapped in a super easy to use interface. I would like more control over specific variables in the configuration, this system was designed for non-developers, so its easy and they have access to all the important features, but you really cannot go in and configure any specific server variables in the web server. At the moment they do not have WHMCS (our provisioning, billing and support system) APIs to the Convesio, but that is OK, for one it does add a little more workload for us, but we know they have a WHMCS Addon that will unit WHMCS with the Convesio Platform coming in the future. Convesio made it really easy to setup my WordPress website. I started out using Godaddy for my website but it always seemed sluggish. I even had my clients complaining that my site was slow loading or they were completely unable to reach it. Before we used Convesio we had switched between multiple hosting providers, searching for one with great support, speed, and ease of use. We used several companies like HostGator, Bluehost and other shared hosting providers. Eventually we graduated to Flywheel after switching hosts at least half a dozen times. The problem was that things always started great, but degraded over time and when issues did come up support was always very difficult to deal with. In some cases we had deeper technical issues like sites loading slow and even getting hacked, to which the prior hosts would never help with. It made us feel like we were alone and had to lean more on our dev team, taking them off new client projects.

All that changed once we switched to Convesio. With Convesio we started using their chat support and night or day they respond in seconds. About 90% of the time the issue can be resolved by their tech team during the chat, so there is very little instances things have to be escalated. These people are experts on WordPress, servers, performance and security. WE LOVE THE SUPPORT!!!

In addition, we used to get distracted by sites randomly going down, with Convesio they monitor our sites and if they ever have an issue, they jump in to fix it, before it ever gets to my clients attention. We had a plugin that was incompatible with the latest version of WooCommerce and one of our devs updated WooCommerce, the out of date plugin crashed the site and Convesio detected it in minutes and disabled the plugin, then reported it to us. I never had to tell them anything or submit a support ticket.

Our company has upgraded to their Slack support, which is where we are all connected on slack and each of our team has access to multiple team members on Convesio's end and its AMAZING! It's the first platform-as-a-service solution to host our client's Wordpress sites. Convesio has reduced the effort we spend managing and optimizing our client's Wordpress websites. We host over 20 websites at Convesio. The support team at Convesio has been first class with response times in less than 5 minutes at any hour of the day. Let's just say, hosting Wordpress sites for our clients no longer keeps our team up at night.

We have tried other solutions in the past and have found the overall speed hasn't matched Convesio.
