This simplicity enables user to be more efficient in task execution. Other than this the onboarding could also be done really easy and fast with just our google ID. I love the speed and reliability of this platform. The Text detection of this platform from image file is really good. I also feel that the security of this platform is reliable. Frankly the simplicity of this platform directly assist users to be more efficient. **What do you dislike about ConvertToText.ai?** I love most part of this platform but I wish that the text conversion could be done from more number of file format without any issues. I also wish that the pricing of this platform was a little more moderate. Other than this I also wish that there was more features other than just limiting to this text conversions. Having more 3rd party integration will make this platform more powerful. **What problems is ConvertToText.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** For me this platform assist in converting Image file to text faster allowing me to be more efficient in handling files. I work as a Dietician and Nutritionist, manage a homeopathy clinic, and also create health education content. I often work with diet charts, patient education documents, research material, scanned PDFs, and screenshots. Instead of typing everything again, I can upload the file and get editable text in a few seconds. I mostly use it to extract text from scanned PDFs, screenshots, and images. The OCR is accurate for clear documents, and the extracted text is easy to copy and reuse in Word documents, presentations, clinic records, and health education content. It also supports different file formats, so I do not have to convert files before uploading them. The interface is clean, uploading a file takes only a few clicks, and I was able to start using it without any setup or learning. I have not needed customer support because everything has worked as expected. Overall, it helps me save time and makes it much easier to turn images and scanned documents into editable text for my daily work. **What do you dislike about ConvertToText.ai?** Some documents need a little cleanup after the text is extracted. The text is usually accurate, but the spacing or line breaks are not always the same as the original document. Also, Files with tables, multiple columns, or more complex layouts sometimes need a quick review. The extracted text is still easy to use, but better formatting for these types of documents would make the tool even better. **What problems is ConvertToText.ai solving and how is that benefiting you?** I often work with scanned PDFs, screenshots, images, and printed diet charts, patient education material, research documents, and clinic records.
