It was my first switch from MailChimp and I liked the interface, how you can schedule emails and and understand the metrics easily. I didn't like how clunky it was in terms of the design. I like writing emails in the most basic format because I personally find it easier to read as opposed to all these "themed" emails. It kept distracting me from creating content that was high quality because it had me focused on the design (but I think that might be a me issue, not a converkit issue). I need to connect with my target audience OFF social platforms because all the creators out there were telling me how one day, Instagram could just shut down and that's my primary source of leads.
