What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

I've tried many platforms for CTAs over the years. ConvertFlow provides the most horsepower in terms of design features, backend integration, and customizable actions (e.g., injecting custom javascript upon CTA completion – something many other platforms do not support). What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

As a UI designer/developer, I would prefer to see ConvertFlow's UI to be built a bit differently. Sometimes I find that I get a little lost in their system. Their workflow (for creating and launching a new CTA) could probably be cleaned up a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering ConvertFlow:

ConvertFlow is not the easiest CTA platform to use. However, I believe it's worth the investment of time to learn, since it can deliver the most features and flexibility for developing powerful CTAs for your website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConvertFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?

ConvertFlow helps me to present the right message (i.e., CTA), at the right time, to the right person. I also really like how I can sync up offline events (e.g., donations by phone for a non-profit) into ConvertFlow (via tagging through Zapier) and adjust the CTA flow and personalization based on this info. "Great Platform for All Forms of Lead Acquisition"

What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

ConvertFlow offers a variety of ways to capture new leads, from forms to quizzes, all with a library of excellent integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

There are a few approaches I run into needing to use Zapier, mainly when it comes to SMS platforms that are not Klaviyo SMS. I know they are actively expanding to more platforms but Zapier needs to be used in the interim. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConvertFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Key problems ConvertFlow solves are around lead acquisition-

*Forms that offer multiple steps and logic with a large amount of customizations to create on-brand elements.

*Native integrations with functionality to specify more than just what email list a contact goes into. With Klaviyo I can send additional custom properties and more.

*Ability to have multiple platforms synced when a lead is captured, for anyone using a CRM in addition to a ESP this is often a challenge.

*Quizzes, great for creating product recommendations and using conditional logic I can redirect a lead to an unique page or step.

*When it comes to who sees any CTA there is a large amount of criteria available from filtering out people who have interacted with other CTAs, page, region or other user targeting.

*Native Google Analytics events integration that fires off when a visitor views, interacts at each step and completes a CTA.

*Support for custom scripts to fire based on conditional actions or just completing each step, perfect for sending events to Facebook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The big problem is the budget and time to improve the website and do the testing. but, by using convert flow you can do the a/b testing of different CTA with images, text, colours etc and easy know what your customer likes most and how to engage with them on time. What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

As a digital marketer with seven years of experience, I have used numerous tools so far. Only ConvertFlow offered me such a comprehensive solution.

I've been using it for more than a year and captured thousands of leads thanks to it. There are many chances to create broadcasting rules and display my CTAs without hurting my user experience. Plus, there are unlimited capabilities to design popups.

With ConvertFlow, it's such easy to create overlay popups, hook popups, embedded CTAs, and sticky bars. They also have landing page building capabilities but I better not say anything about it as that's the only feature I'm not using.

Their blog posts are helping a lot. I'm getting new tricks to increase my CTR. Also there are answers to almost anything in their knowledge base articles. If I can't find a solution, Johnathan and Mariana are accommodating whenever I need them. I get responses quickly every time I ask questions to them.

All in all, ConvertFlow has a brand advocate over here. I'm suggesting this tool to all my fellow marketers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

Let's not say this is a dislike. And I'm aware these guys are improving the platform each and every day. They have a template library which has hundreds of diferent choices. They even segmented them according to CTA type, campaign type, and industry. Maybe because I'm too picky or getting lost among all the coices. But sometimes I'm unable to find one that I say: "Yes! Yes! This is what I want!" In that case, I design my own in the way that I like. Long story short, it could be better to increase the number of templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ConvertFlow solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead generation is what I do in my professional life. I use many channels to find new leads & nurture them so my sales team can convert these leads into customers. ConvertFlow is helping me to increase the efficiency of my paid and non-paid channels. My CPA is decreasing thanks to their exit-intent popups. With hook pop-ups, my visitors are taking actions according to what I want them to do. With their overlay pop-ups, I'm promoting my seasonal discounts so they become leads. What do you like best about ConvertFlow?

ConvertFlow was easy to set up and let me launch a new popup in a few minutes without having to code anything. Having it on my site boosted conversions that same day.

It has lots of professionally designed templates that really speed things up for non-designers and for people who don’t have time to create CTAs from scratch.

Has deep integrations with leading apps like Mailchimp, Shopify, Klaviyo, Zapier, etc. Saves me lots of time when setting up campaigns for my clients.

I was amazed at how fast I was able to sync ConvertFlow with my ActiveCampaign account. It was definitely a “WOW” moment!

Although I’ve needed support only one time, their response was fast and the rep answered my question in a matter of minutes.

What do you dislike about ConvertFlow?

Entered the check box into the signup form whether they agreed to receive the newsletter. I couldn't get contacts out with this solution.
